1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how C.C. Science of Sports Ltd (Reg. No. HE 449875), 8 Michalaki Karaoli, Anemomylos Building, Floor 5, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus ("Science of Sports", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data. 2. What data we collect

  • Contact & enquiry data — name, email, phone, organisation/role and any message you send via our forms.
  • Order data — when you buy a report or subscription: buyer name, email, phone, the player's details you provide, and the items ordered.
  • Payment data — card payments are processed by Viva Wallet; we do not store your card number.
  • Technical data — basic analytics about how the site is used.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services or reports you request.
  • To process payments and send order confirmations.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run the service: Viva Wallet (payments), Resend (transactional email), Airtable (order records), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS/CDN). We do not sell your personal data.

6. Minors' data

Player profiles may relate to minors (U14–U19). This is our most sensitive data category and is handled with role-based access and appropriate safeguards. See our Security & Privacy commitment for technical detail.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at info@scienceofsports.net. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).

8. Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
